THE SAXIRA STORY
Saxira was founded by Dr. Henrietta Bright, CRNA, DNAP, a nurse anesthetist, and Dr. Phillip McIver, DDS, an oral & maxillofacial surgeon — two clinicians who believe expertise should come with presence. We built Saxira in Hyattsville on purpose, for a community full of people who take beautiful care of everyone else.
The Saxira family has two homes: aesthetics and wellness here on Baltimore Avenue, and Saxira Oral Surgery in Clinton, MD.

Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
Facials, massage, IV therapy, and skin treatments book directly online. Injectables and medical weight management can be booked directly or after a consultation. A full evaluation with VISIA® skin analysis is complimentary.
Who performs my treatment?
Injectables and IV therapy are performed by our licensed nurse practitioner. Facials and skin treatments by our licensed aesthetician. Massage by licensed massage therapists. Every license is verifiable, and we’ll happily tell you who you’re booked with.
