Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime with 15 days’ notice before your next billing date. We’d rather earn your renewal than lock it in.
What happens to unused credits if I cancel?
You keep 60 days after your final billing date to use any banked credit on services or retail. We’ll remind you — we don’t profit from forgotten credit.
Can I use my credit toward injectables or IV therapy?
Yes — your banked credit applies to any treatment or retail: injectables, IV therapy, laser, peels, facials, massage. And your member discount (10% at Silver, 15% at Gold, 20% at Platinum) stacks on top.
What exactly is a guest pass?
Bring someone you love: a guest pass gives your guest one visit at your member pricing, with the full first-timer welcome. Their treat to discover Saxira — your treat to share it.
Can I gift a membership?
Yes — and it’s one of the best gifts an exhausted person can receive. Gift 3, 6, or 12 months at the same monthly rate.
