Cancellation Policy

At Saxira Aesthetics & Wellness, we value your time and the time of our providers. To ensure we can accommodate all clients and maintain the highest level of service, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.

Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Deposits

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits can be applied toward your appointment total but may be forfeited if the appointment is canceled late or missed.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. However:

  • Your service may need to be shortened or modified.
  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and could be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

Clients who miss an appointment without notice (“no-show”) may be required to:

  • Pay a no-show fee before booking future appointments.
  • Keep a card on file for future scheduling.

Card on File

A valid credit card may be required to secure appointments. Charges will only be processed in accordance with this policy.

Courtesy Reminder

As a courtesy, appointment reminders may be sent via text, email, or phone call. However, it remains the client’s responsibility to remember and attend scheduled appointments.
