Saxira was co-founded by Dr. Henrietta Bright, CRNA, DNAP — a nurse anesthetist with a doctorate in nurse anesthesia practice and years in clinical medicine — and Dr. Phillip McIver, DDS, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Between them: decades of patient care, and a shared frustration with how often medicine delivers expertise without presence.
