This review is mainly for the guys.  In the quest to do a better job of self  care,  I attended an invitation to the open house for Saxira which is a brand new business in Hyattsville focused exactly on that. The cool part of what they were offering were services tailored to men in addition to women.  So I returned a few days later for a Hydra Facial which they explained and gave a mini demo.  Now I have never taken any time to think about how I took care of my face beyond some soap and water.  My session started with a consultation using a high-tech imaging system to identify problem areas on my face. The consultant provided some suggestions on what I could do to take better care of my skin.  Now on the Facial.  The esthetician that took care of me was great.  After learning that this was my first facial she explained every step. This was one of the most relaxing experiences that I have ever had which in addition to the skin care component there was also some massaging.  I left there feeling like a whole new person.  My wife and daughters even noticed how my skin looked better. A part of the experience was the service which  was outstanding. The staff there was great from the point where I walked in to the next day with a follow up call to see how I was doing.  Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be back.

My experience with Saxira was so warming and pleasant. When I walked in I was greeted immediately by their wonderful staff. At first  I was a bit nervous, because I thought my treatment would be painful, turns out it wasn’t! I definitely will be returning for my second treatment, I experienced the best treatment hands downs, can’t wait to go back!!!!!!!

I had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Saxira is THE place to go. This spa is gorgeous, comfortable, CLEAN and up to date with the latest technologies and products.
